Into the Wintery Gale: Random Event Deck
The Into the Wintery Gale Random Event Deck published by AAW Games/Adventureaweek.com is now available for purchase. I authored and designed this deck of 30 double-sided cards containing a collection of overland random events to ensure that any journey through the wintery white would not be without substance and excitement. The source inspiration for each random event was submitted as an idea by the “Vikmordere Seer” level backers of the Into the Wintery Gale Kickstarter.
This product is available for purchase via Adventureaweek.com, DriveThruRPG, RPGNow, and Paizo.

Snow White Mini-Dungeon Collection
Snow White Mini-Dungeon ad designed by Justin Andrew Mason. |
AAW Games/Adventureaweek.com has released seven new FREE Mini-Dungeons themed around the setting of the Snow White mega-adventure. I pitched this idea to help promote the ongoing sale of the Snow White adventure, created the page designs, covers, and did the cartography for each. The adventures were written by the original authors of the Snow White adventure: Stephen Yeardley, Will Myers, and Jonathan G. Nelson.
- Snow White Mini-Dungeon #1: Fitcher's by Stephen Yeardley
- Snow White Mini-Dungeon #2: The Spirit Bottle by Stephen Yeardly
- Snow White Mini-Dungeon #3: The Army Surgeons by Stephen Yeardly
- Snow White Mini-Dungeon #4: Glass Golem Go-Round by Will Myers
- Snow White Mini-Dungeon #5: Cabin Catastrophe by Will Myers
- Snow White Mini-Dungeon #6: Campsite in the Haunted Forest by Jonathan G. Nelson
- Snow White Mini-Dungeon #7: Entrance to the Forest Maze by Jonathan G. Nelson

New Mini-Dungeon Cartography
Over this past weekend I greatly expanded the map elements resources for my "MapMaker" template and action set that are used to created the Mini-Dungeon adventures published by AAW Games/Adventureaweek.com. I've added elements to enhance and broaden the scope of locales these maps can easily include with new feature themes such as forests, caverns, seafaring, castles/keeps, and elemental planes. These new map elements reflect the new page layout template expansions that I previously created for the series. Many of the upcoming Mini-Dungeon releases will be in new and exciting locations and various terrain types not yet seen.
Here are a few examples of new cartography for future Mini-Dungeons that I put together using these new map elements:

Heart of the Sacred Dawn
Another Mini-Dungeon I wrote is now available for purchase. Heart of the Sacred Dawn (published by AAW Games/Adventureaweek.com) is an adventure for 4-5 PCs of level 20.
In eons past the realm was plunged into an age of darkness beneath the terrible wrath of Tenebrash, vile lord of dragons. His evil had no mortal equal, and hopeless lament was the only bounty of his subjects. For generations the tyrant ruled unopposed until the Order of the Sacred Dawn challenged his cruelty. By the charge of a powerful and benevolent deity, six holy knights were bestowed with an artifact of tremendous power. Wielding the relic known as the lucespel, the order vanquished Tenebrash and light was returned to the weary world. The knights bound the vengeful spirit of the dragon within their stronghold, and sacrificed their own mortality to eternally guard the artifact from those who would misuse its power. With the return of evil to the realm, a new quest has been called: venture into the ruins of the ancient keep to retrieve the lucespel. Those who seek to harness its holy essence will face the ultimate challenge to prove both their valor and virtue.
